Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 679/2016
In compliance with the requirements of EU Regulation 679/2016, containing provisions relating to the protection of individuals with
regarding the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data (hereinafter "GDPR"), the S.S.D. MANNUS CLUB srl,
wishes to provide some information regarding the use and protection of personal data issued by you as an interested party or
in the case of a minor, in the capacity of exercising parental authority over a minor himself.
Data Controller
The data controller of your data is S.S.D. MANNUS CLUB srl, in the person of the legal representative Mr. Matteo Frola, with registered office in
Via Sant'Ambrogio 46 / A - 10040 Villar Dora (TO) (VAT number 05592620016), e-mail address: info@mannus.it (hereinafter the "Owner").
Legal basis of the processing
Your personal data, indicated below, will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned legislation e
of the confidentiality obligations set forth therein:
a) personal data, contact details: name, surname, date and place of birth, tax code, address, telephone number, e-mail address or PEC.
Prerequisite for processing: execution of associative, contractual / pre-contractual obligations (Article 6 letter b GDPR). The conferment of
the aforementioned data is mandatory for the correct performance of the assignment.
b) data relating to the state of physical health (allergies, pathologies and / or chronic diseases): they are collected directly (through self-certification and
filling in forms, and by issuing a simple medical certificate, without acquiring medical documentation), in relation to the request
registration for the specific type of service requested, connected with the execution of the assignment.
Prerequisite for processing: performance of the service. The conferment is mandatory for the correct performance of the assignment.
Purpose of treatment
1) Common personal data will be processed in order to allow the cardholder to participate in sporting, cultural and recreational activities
of the S.S.D. MANNUS srl, with all related obligations including, where applicable, the disciplinary management of the card holder, as well as to obtain
the provision of services, secondary but functional to the institutional activities of the MANNUS, which are provided for members, or to fulfill
to legal or regulatory obligations, such as for example the communication to CONI and CONINET SPA for inclusion in the Register of Associations and
Amateur Sports Society established pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2 letter c) of Legislative Decree 23 July 1999, n. 242, or to respond
to express requests of the interested party.
The personal data released for the aforementioned purposes referred to in point 1) are processed without the need to collect consent.
Methods of data retention
The data is processed using manual, electronic and IT tools with methods strictly related to the purposes for which
the data are processed and in any case in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 GDPR regarding security measures. Archiving of documentation
it is carried out both electronically and on paper.
Data retention period
The data are kept for the period necessary for the purposes for which they are processed from time to time by Mannus, and as long as the relationship with
the interested party, while the personal data whose consent has been issued will be kept for a period not exceeding 24 months from collection
for marketing purposes.
Provision of data and consequences of failure to provide it
Taking into account the purposes described above, the provision of data must be considered mandatory with regard to the treatments that the
Owner must carry out to fulfill his obligations towards the interested party on the basis of the associative and contractual relationship
existing, as well as legal obligations, rules, regulations. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible for the Owner to
implement the existing relationship.
Communication and dissemination scope
The collected data can be communicated to the subjects to whom the sending is mandatory by law or regulation required by law, for
the fulfillment of associative and contractual obligations (CONI), and to Third Parties for the correct and better management of services and activities,
on behalf of the Owner: accountant, freelancers, IT companies, insurance companies, and sports promotion bodies.
The data may also be processed by the specifically appointed staff of the Data Controller, as authorized subjects for the processing, to which they have been
given appropriate instructions aimed at protecting personal data.
Transfer of personal data
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations.
Rights of interested parties
At any time the interested party can exercise his rights towards the Data Controller, pursuant to art. 15-22 of Regulation 679/2016,
by e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@mannus.it, and in particular the interested party:
- has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him and, in this case, to obtain access and their communication
in intelligible form;
- you have the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration of personal data and limitation;
- you have the right to obtain the deletion of data in the event that they no longer need to be processed in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or
subsequently processed;
- has the right to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him for legitimate reasons even if pertinent to the purpose
of the collection;
- can obtain the portability of electronically processed data;
- can lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data - Piazza di Montecitorio n.121 - 00186 ROME -

believes that the processing of their data is contrary to the legislation in force, as well as revoke any consent given, without prejudice
